At ALAKINI, we are committed to packing your hair oils safely and delivering your order on time.
1. Prepaid Orders Only
We accept prepaid orders only, through UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
2. Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. Any change to this will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders for in-stock products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and receipt of payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post), subject to service coverage.
If a product is shown as Sold out or out of stock, it cannot be ordered until it is restocked.
4. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 days of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control. Any delivery date shown is an estimate.
5. Packaging
All bottles are sealed and packed carefully to prevent leakage. If your bottle arrives broken or leaked, please record a complete unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number. ALAKINI shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Delivery Delays
ALAKINI / SASDA Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, India Post, weather, natural events, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.
8. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Order updates and tracking details may be sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for the latest status.
